JAM CAPSULE - THE EXPERIENCE
What will I find at the Jam Capsule experience?
A total immersion in a visual and sound artistic experience, a journey into the heart of different thematic exhibitions on the environment, painting, society, dance, the world etc.
How long does the experience last?
The duration of the experience is approximately 50 minutes.
Where is the experience?
JAM CAPSULE is located inside the Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles in hall 5.3. A sign inside the park will guide you to the entrance of the capsule.
Is it an out-door or in-door event?
The experience takes place indoors.
Is the venue air-conditioned?
Yes, the venue is air-conditioned..
Is the experience suitable for people who are deaf or hard of hearing?
JAM CAPSULE is a very visual experience. It can be appreciated by people who are deaf and/or hard of hearing.
Will food and drinks be available on site?
A catering service is available within the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center. Please check their schedules.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into JAM CAPSULE.
Is it possible to take pictures and videos during the experience?
Yes, you can take pictures and videos without flash and for private use.
Can I sit down during the experience?
No seats are available. Folding chairs are available on request from the manager.
Will there be toilets on site?
Sanitary facilities are available close to the experience at the floor of door A of the exhibition center. Please locate them on the map before your visit (see PRACTICAL INFORMATION)
What is it forbidden to bring to the experiment?
It is forbidden to bring the following items to the JAM CAPSULE:
- luggage, suitcases or bags that are too bulky
- animals
- weapons and ammunition of any kind
- tools, including box cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, pliers and pruners
- aerosol generators (dyes, paints and lacquers)

Can we use holiday vouchers or gift vouchers?
No, neither holiday vouchers nor gift vouchers are accepted.
Do I need a smartphone to buy tickets?
No, you can buy your tickets on
jamcapsule.fr and print the QR code of your ticket. This code will then be presented at the entrance to JAM CAPSULE.
Where can I buy a ticket for the experience?
My child is under 7 years old, do I need to reserve a place for him/her?
Simply go to the counter with proof of your child's age.
What are your discounted rates?
We offer reduced rates for job seekers, young people under 18 and seniors over 65.
What is the rate for people with disabilities?
We apply free of charge for people with disabilities and their companion (limited to one companion). Proof will be requested on site. For more information, contact us by clicking on

Are there any group rates?
We apply group rates for groups of 15 people or more and for works councils. Please
contact us here for any additional information.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are available at the box office subject to availability. However, we recommend that you buy your tickets online at Fever
Do I have to print my tickets?
No, you just need to show your ticket on your mobile (from your Fever application)
Can I transfer my tickets?
The tickets are not nominative, so you can transfer your ticket to another person.
I won't be able to attend the reserved slot, can I come to the one before or after?
No, if you show up at a time slot other than the one listed on your tickets, you will be denied access.
Can I reschedule or get a refund for my session?
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. However, they are not nominative, so you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
I'm a journalist, do I get free access?
Yes, press card holders are entitled to free admission upon presentation of their current year's card at the ticket office.
I am an ICOM card holder, can I access JAM CAPSULE?
No, we do not accept ICOM cards..
With the day pass, do we have to reserve seats for each session?
Day passes are valid for one day. You can attend the screening of your choice.
Is there a minimum age to access JAM CAPSULE?
The activity is strongly not recommended for children under 5 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult inside.
ACCESSIBILITY
Is parking available near the experience?
There are parking lots nearby but limited to available spaces. We recommend parking lot 6 which is the closest to the JAM CAPSULE.

How can I get to the experience?
- METRO : line 12, Porte de Versailles station – exit 1

- BICYCLE : Vélib' station on Avenue Ernest Renan
How much time should I allow before the time indicated on my ticket?
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of your session.
What happens if I arrive late/after my session has started?
If you arrive at a time slot other than the one listed on your tickets, you will be denied access.
Can I come with a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed for safety reasons.
Is JAM CAPSULE accessible to people with reduced mobility?
JAM CAPSULE is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Do you have a cloakroom on site?
We do not have a cloakroom or lockers. Large bags and suitcases are not allowed on site. Due to the vigipirate plan, bags are inspected before entering the course.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Can I show tickets from my smartphone?
Yes, you can show your tickets on your smartphone.
Is it a permanent exhibition?
This is an ephemeral event that will remain open for a limited time.
Is there a minimum age to access JAM CAPSULE?
There is no minimum age requirement. However the activity is not suitable for children under 7 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult inside.
Can I privatize JAM CAPSULE?
